xiphophilos 12th Dec 2024		When a record was recorded can only tell us the terminus post quem it must have been released. Just because these two tracks were recorded in the US in September 1930 does not mean they were released as part of this German Odeon Swing Music Series in 1930. On the contrary, this series only started in 1938, reissuing recordings that were made between 1927 and 1935. Please have a look at the website of Stephan Wuthe here: https://www.swingtime.de/swings/odswen.html He says the series was produced between 1938 and 1939, and he's, as far as I know, the resident expert on this series. liskeard78s 12th Dec 2024		I very much doubt the date "1937" Please see the G.B. Parlophone issue which dates from 1930 ! Not 1937 ! Please correct the date. As you can see already stated, both sides recorded in 1930 (which is possibly the more relevant).
