 The version we have here so far is a 1911-1912 repress with a new recording on the A side.

 The Discography of American Historical Recordings (see DAHR link above) confirms your identification of "The Rosary's" composer.

 The uncredited composer of The Rosary is probably Ethelbert Nevin. His piece of that name was very popular during the relevant time frame. True rigor would require that someone audit the disc and confirm the identity of the tune.
