xiphophilos 8th Dec 2017		The recordings are from 1929, but they weren't released then. The Bluebird label was only launched in 1932; Bluebird B-10257 appeared in May 1939, coinciding with the renewed interest in Jelly Roll Morton at that time after Alan Lomax had rediscovered him in 1938 and had conducted a series of interviews with him for the Library of Congress. I've added some of the earlier US releases and their release dates in the Notes above.
