 You're right, you can't add or change the notes information without a moderator after you've entered a record, but you can enter the information a priori.

In this case I waived adding the full composer names (Axel Remark, Frank Stanton and Del Sharbutt) to the notes because it doesn't seem so weighty here, but that's a matter of argument.

 I can only give additional information in the notes on the initial form, as far as I know. After the initial form is added, I believe that only a moderator can change the notes thereafter.

 All sources, including an image of the original sheet music cover on Pinterest, show the Stanton spelling, like on the label. I've removed the prenames from the composer column though because we only indicate what's actually printed on the label. You can give additional information in the Record Notes in any case.

 Bolig lists the second composer on the A side as Frank Standon, while the label is Stanton. I do not know which spelling is correct.
