xiphophilos 18th May 2018		This seems to be our first Bluebird record from a series of Spanish-language releases (Bluebird B-2200-2481 and B-2900-3500) that RCA Victor released on the Bluebird label and may have exported to Latin America, although the record shop sticker on my ca. 1935 copy shows that it was sold in Los Angeles, CA: Repertorio Musical Mexicano, Mauricio Calderon, Prop., 408 N. Main St. - Los Angeles, Cal. The RCA Manufacturing Co. was founded in Summer 1935, which means that my copy must be from Fall 1935 - 1937; in 1937 the staff label was introduced.
