 That DT tax code is the second DT code because the licensing language in the margins surrounds the entire label. So this DT tax code label is a April 9, 1948 - December 29, 1950 repress.

 An interesting correction on the label of this one between, what I am assuming, is the original issue and the 1946/47 issue. 'Fisherman of England' (original) and 'Fishermen of England' (46/47) issue. Looks like they even had typos back then!

 Originally issued in 1930, but the label with the ST tax code is more recent; that tax rate (33%) was in force between April 1946 and November 1947 (Source).
