 Your label, Ron, is the latest use of the Bluebird Staff label that I have seen yet. Usually, that label is supposed to have been used in the US only between August 1937 to November 1938. Yet it seems that the Indianapolis, IN pressing plant (indicated by two concentric label rings of unequal length), which opened in August 1939, got to use up some of these older staff labels, and they mixed them with the more current ring labels on the same record.

 Images {3011494} and {3011495} are late Fall 1941-Fall 1943 repress on Bluebird Victor-style ring label (Dog 3b) with RCA Manufacturing Co., Inc. and a gap where patent nr. 1637544 used to be listed; cf. M. W. Sherman, Collector's Guide for Victor Records, 2nd ed., pages 105 & 159.

Two concentric circles, broken at top, nearly touch small RCA circle = Hollywood pressing.
