DeweyGill SUBS 19th Jan 2021		Two other tracks were recorded by Pettis that day and released on the standard Victor pop series under Pettis' name. The New Orleans Blackbird name was apparently more fitting for the 38000 series

Mike Gann 19th Jan 2021		The explanation for the difference in personnel is that the a-side is Jack Pettis and his Pets while the b-side is Hotsy-Totsy Gang. Both sessions were led by Irving Mills, who is also the vocalist on "Baby".
