 In the Bluebird B-8000 series I have staff label images of B-8245-8247, 8251 & 8253.
The next label type (non-staff) is present on B-8248-8249, 8251 (Lil Johnson repressing), 8252, 8254 & 8256-8261. Not unlikely some releases in the range 8248-8252 were never issued with staff labels. I have seen 4 copies of B-8249 (Wade Mainer) with the first non-staff variant.

 This is an example that shows that Bluebird continued to use the Staff Label for the B-8000 series after it had abandoned the design for other series in Fall 1938. For the 8000-series, it can be found up to September 1939 (or at least to B-8247).
