Thanks, Hapereb, for uploading your A side. Now it can be seen that your copy has an DTP tax code (30 Dec. 1950 - 15 Apr. 1953), so it came chronologically before mikey405 and Redpunk's labels, which both have an N tax code (16 Apr. 1953 - 27 Oct. 1955).

Redpunk's latest variant (images 2382208 and 2382209) has a DT tax code and text running around the entire margin. So they must be from the second time the DT code was used, 9 Apr. 1948 - 29 Dec. 1950.

Almost all the tax codes are listed at http://www.78rpm.net.nz/mechcopy/mech7.htm. In addition, you need to know that DTP on HMV = AT elsewhere, and from Jan. 1947-Nov. 1947, Brunswick used an NP tax code instead of ST.

I'm glad you came to a solution. It's fine with me. I'll add the A-side of this version.

I agree it is a variant to mikey405's image as the placement of "Made In England" is the same as my 612569 but with the different Cat. No. have placed it between mine and mikey's as it seems to be a crossover.

xiphophilos: Looks like a label variation to me, regardless of what it represents.

Your B side, Hapereb, represents the exact same variant as mikey405's image 444104 (the fourth image in the series above). So I have hidden it.

I have also now reorganized the labels based on the tax codes and label design. I've added Han Enderman's label design numbers as used at https://early78s.uk/hmv-record-labels-on-the-b-series-1912-1958/. That side discusses only the B-series, but its label styles can easily be transferred to the simultaneous issues on the magenta-colored BD-series.

Added a B-side similar to 'Redpunk' 612569 with 'Made In England' not right over the number 'BD. 5720' but with the number 'B.D.5720'
