It's a wonderful recording. Yet my personal favorite versions of "Runnin' Wild" remain those of Django Reinhardt and of the Benny Goodman Quartet:





And then there is, of course, the great version sung by Marilyn Monroe in Billy Wilder's "Some Like it Hot" (the song starts at 1:59)


According to imdb, Gene Cipriano plays' Tony Curtis' tenor sax, Al Hendrickson Marilyn Monroe's ukulele.

Runnin' Wild: I recall my brother Barry McCanna saying that this is one of the hottest tracks he has heard (and he had an extensive collection).
