 From the Decca UK biography:
Decca also exported UK Brunswick issues using the BM series under its own label, with the numbers the same as the UK Brunswick issues.

It was for sure released in Sweden. https://www.discogs.com/release/11655536-Duke-Ellington-And-His-Orchestra-Tiger-Rag
The store is situated in Värnamo Sweden.

Were these red export labels released in the UK at all?

Thanks, that explains it: DT tax code (April 1942-April 1943). I didn't know what the prefixes mean, so thanks for adding that.

I've always thought of these red Deccas with BM prefix as Export Issues because they bear a N.C.B. logo [Nordisk Copyright Bureau]. I wonder if Decca released this export issue at the same time as the version for the British market, i.e., also in 1932.

Yes. It can't be seen in the pics. but it bears the UK purchase tax code covering end of '42-'43 in the shellac. I wish I knew when it was released though!
Being a Decca BM series (B for Brunswick recordings - M for variety) a lot of them got sold in Europe, so it's a kind of export label too.
(Of course, English Brunswick 1338/01338 was exactly the same record and is in fact a first issue released in August 1932 and remaining in print for a long time).

I wish there was a British Decca label guide. Can you share with us what makes this recognizable as a 1942-43 pressing?
