There is a point, when the "0" is dropped, but then without stating on the labels, they called them "WW" as world wide, so still exports I think.

When the Brunswick label could not be sold in certain countries because of trademark restrictions, UK Decca pressed up Decca labelled discs carrying the original Brunswick number and a "B" prefix (depending on if it was a single,EP or LP etc

If these were readilly available in other countries they should also be placed there as "UK pressed item for the Swedish market" or whatever
In some cases Scandinavian countries pressed up their own versions of these ( probably asked Decca what number was next) so non UK discs also exist

May I suggest that the Decca Red Label BM Cat.No. series belongs to Scandinavia as this bears the NCB(Scandinavia Copyrght Bureau) boxed logo. This 78 states "manufactured in England" so maybe it was an "Export Series"?
I've just added a Mills Brothers 78(BM 02461) under Denmark as that is where it was purchased and that label states no country of manufacture. Mills Brothers records were released on the "Brunswick" label in the UK.
Of historical note. Concerning the above Andrews Sisters 78, in 1941 the only Scandinavian country this could have been exported to would have been Sweden as both Denmark and Norway were under Nazi occupation.
How should we classify future entries of this series?
