Actually, this is rather a UK Decca Export Issue. There are already some ot these on the database. Re-corrected it like that.

I have added images of labels Made In England. There are other labels with the same cat# and matrix# to be found on the web, apparently made for the French market (Decca American Series, BIEM imprint).

Anyway this one was not made for the UK market, as the original UK issue was on Brunswick 03571.

See Discogs: Another issue is that, although US Decca releases from 1934 onwards were released in the UK and other countries on the Brunswick label (with the company legend, "Brunswick Ltd", although in fact they were issued by The Decca Record Company Limited in the UK), there seems to have been a concurrent export series, to France and elsewhere, pressed on red Decca labels using "The Supreme Record" slogan (UK Decca releases then were on the blue label with the same slogan and design), and using the UK Brunswick catalogue numbers with the additional alpha prefix "BM".

I've changed it to Decca France for now, as there is no Decca Europe on 78rpm, and I suppose that if this single was issued in Germany at all it was on Brunswick as well.

Release year should be 1945 according to the Brunswick catalogue.

I agree that this wouldn't have been a USA release. This would have been made in England for export to Europe, catalogue number most likely the same as UK Brunswick with BM prefix added.

L 3425 is most likely the matr# on one side.
If so, the year of rel. shall be 1944.

BM as prefix. Is it really an US rel.?
To me it sounds more like the UK
