xiphophilos 3rd Sep 2024		The band director, "Roxy" Rockwell, introduces the A track by thanking purchasers of this record for supporting high school band music. So my guess is that "Roxy" Rockwell served as the band director of a Chicago-area high school around 1930. So far, I have not been able to track down him or the high school. Is there a school around Chicago whose students call themselves "Scorpions"? What does "R. C. B." in the title "R. C. B. March" stand for?
