Björn Englund published a list of records of jazz interest in his article 'THE LINDSTRÖM AMERICAN RECORD A 4100 AND A 4500 SERIES', Names & Numbers 63 (Oct 2012).
He says: "Danish Parlophon Junior, Swedish Ekophon and Argentine Discos Nacional also issued many titles from the LAR series, but only the Danish label seems to have issued titles by coloured performers (see below). I have no list of the Parlophon Junior label and there may be many more (jazz) issues from LAR than indicated below." In his LAR list he mentions LAR A-4156-59, which were also released on Par Junior D-1386-89 (not listed in Rust-6), by resp. Harry Raderman, Thomas Morris, Charles Fulcher, and W.C. Handy.
I have a few Par Jr label images in the range D-1290-1538 and assume the D means Danish. There are also Austrian releases, as Parlophon Junior Record, without a prefix and with a green-red-gold label showing 2 girls dancing near a gramophone.

It looks as if it was. "Orkester" is definitely not German (that would be "Orchester", and this release by the Bohème Orchester on the Parlophon Junior label is listed in the Danish discography you found: http://www.the-discographer.dk/label/beka/03-beka-fra-1915.pdf (on page 71). Back then, many foreign labels were produced in Germany, but only sold elsewhere.

The A-side is Edith Lorand Orchester. Says Germany on the label. Was it pressed for Denmark?
