xiphophilos 9th Jun 2021		A side: On June 16, 1915, parts of the 3rd Alpini Regiment, commanded by Major General Donato Etna, successfully stormed the summit of Monte Nero (now Mt. Krn in Croatia) in a night assault. This Italian success was widely celebrated in the Italian and international press.
