An article by Consuelo Giglio et al., "La Canzone Siciliana a Palermo", pp. 144, 171, 191, explains why the A title made no sense. It should be "Iu Monarca 'Un Mi Fazzu," which is equivalent to Italian "Io Monarca Ho Mi Fatto" = "I've Made Myself King".

The brief listing in "L'Italia" (Oct. 10, 1919) lists "Veni", the more recently recorded track, first.

Thanks! I just checked the somewhat strange translation of the A side title and realized it came straight from Google Translate. I think we have to wait for someone who actually understands Sicilian to give us a more idiomatic translation of that phrase.

 Take 1-B-1 for the b-side

Changed the take number for the A side. Based on what I can read stamped into the label (2-A-11 [if the last digit is a 1]), this is a take 2, not a take 1.
On the B side, I can make out 1-B-1?.
