 Added scans of my copy - on the A side, BIEM as publisher is absent. The B side has the same publisher as Redpunk's copy, but the typeface is smaller, matching the A side. Purchase Tax code ST (on the other side), suggesting it was a second pressing from 1946/47. Purchase Tax Codes
Judging by this list, Redpunk's copy dates from 1948-50, and the images uploaded by soultwinz are ST, 1946-47, the same year as mine.

 @Redpunk, that's not quite true. Dorothy was featured vocalist with Billy Reid's accordion band in the late '30s in a few 78s, but her solo career on disc started in 1945. I'll add the date of this one.

 Having double checked you are correct lorangrecords, Dorothy only recorded one 78 prior to 1945 and The Gypsy was not published until 1945, making the 1938 date impossible. So could you change to 1945. Cheers.
