 On the off-chance that someone with better ears might see this and be able to complete the lyrics for me, this is as much as I'm able to make out:

Sulle rive, su pei colli di Trieste,
rincantava di San Giusto la campana.
L'alma voce della Patria non lontana le rispose: "libertà!"

Le ragazze di Trieste cantan tutte con ardore:
"Madre Italia prepararci dal tuo cuore, niun tiranno più saprà!"

[...?] baci, fiori e canti alla marina,
la campana più non ha la nota mesta.
Su San Giusto sventolar si vede a festa il vessillo tricolor.

Le ragazze di Trieste cantan tutte con ardore:
"O Italia, o Italia del mio cuore, [.....?]"

Finalmente anche Fiume è italiana,
sui confini già [...?]
[........?]
Ora brilla [...?]

Le ragazze del Quarnàro cantan tutte con ardore:
