SeverlyWarpedRecord 12th Nov 2021		I know this is an old comment, but Billy Ward and The Dominos ‘Sixity Minuteman’ came out in 1951 and was released in Canada. Id consider that record the first rock record released in Canada



23skidoo 21st Sep 2014		Found at a flea market. Unable to purchase because the vendor wanted too much, but I noted the details, including the bizarre way Haley is credited. Edit: Although there is debate as to what the first rock and roll record was, this release can make the case for being the first such release in Canada, unless someone identifies a Canadian pressing of an earlier recording, such as either Haley or Jackie Brenston's versions of Rocket 88.
