 The red outer rim is some kind of stick-on anti-slip protection that a previous owner added.

Both label variants have the XT purchase tax code (in force from June 1, 1957 to September 30, 1958). So the variants are both from the seven months between February and September 1958. The promo 45rpm credits Geronimo Music as the publisher of both sides (Discogs), so I'd guess that the Sheldon Music label is the later version.

a) 'Sheldon Music' printed instead of 'Geronimo Mus. Inc.'

b) There is a 'red outer rim / band added around the label. Who added it / when unknown.
