HMV MH-181 - Corrections for A-side: 1) 2nd composer of "Wham" is "Taps" Miller" (biography on wikipedia). 2) This title, recorded 5 Sep 1939, is not from the 1940 "Hullabaloo" soundtrack. 3) Original issue Bluebird B-10399-B says "Vocal refrain by Marion Hutton and chorus".

can't see why not as the typeface used on this label was not used in the 1940's

 MH 130 & 131 are from 1951 and 153 from 1952.
That makes the 181 from appr. 1954, but that feels not good at all.

The OA matrix number shows that A Handful of Stars is the A-side as it was a much later recording - in this case 1940. The OA numbers are in fact the US Victor matrix numbers.
HMV used O to stand for 10 inch (a common prefix) and A for American.
