 The original submitter expressed a concern that the Unique Records distributed by RKO Teleradio were distinct from the other Unique that we already had in the database and created a new label "Unique Records [RKO]" instead.

Despite the different design, however, both label styles represent the same label except that RKO seems to have acquired Unique Records in mid-1956 (cf. the article "Leahy Exits Unique Post" from about a year later in Billboard, Apr 27, 1957, p. 20). The Unique Records ad in the September 1, 1956 issue of Billboard (p. 27) already reflects the new ownership.

 Both titles are included on this recording of the entire album:


The LP album is from 1956 (advertised in Billboard Sep. 1, 1956, p. 27); a wrong date (1958) shows up elsewhere online; I've fixed it above. I assume the 78 rpm version appeared around the same time, in September 1956.

I had never heard of the Bob Creash Quintet before but have to say, I love Creash's swinging accordion. Billboard, Nov. 10, 1956, p. 70, lists his outfit as #4 of the disc jockey's list of Most Promising Instrumental Groups.
