 Could be on this particular entry that the pressing plant just used whatever labels that they had available at the time.

 Not sure if you can even create a split label like this. Truth is, this label went through names like other people through their socks:
Late 1948: Down Beat
Early 1949?: Swing Beat
1949: Swing [California]
1950: Swing Time

Label founder Jack Lauderdale had to give up the original Down Beat name when Down Beat magazine threatened to sue him in 1949 for trademark violation.

I would leave this under Swing Beat because it was originally issued under that label name. This pressing is a 1949 repress, using up the old Swing Beat labels.

 Swing Beat label on "A" Track, Swing Records label on "B" Track -- not sure how to "Add" the label for "Tears At Sunrise"?
