 Jay Miller, owner of the Feature label, loved hillbilly and Cajun music, so he combined young hillbilly singer Hutto with some veteran Cajun musicians to produce some excellent music. "Some Of These Days" apparently was a regional hit in the South, see the book South to Louisiana: The Music of the Cajun Bayous by John Broven (p. 56).
