Scratchy45 28th Jun 2021		Yes, stringed musical instrument. played by striking with mallets. "Zimbola"' is a bit of a movable feast as far as spelling is concerned. In the Victory 7 listing on Michael Thomas's website, he lists it as czimbalum, In this descriptive webpage it's referred to as "Cimbalom" in its Hungarian form, among other.national or ethnic variations. It all seems surprisingly cosmopolitan for Woolies.... and this recording seems surprisingly popular. Turns up again on Nos. 56, 196 and 244.
