Here is an image of a similar Victor record with the same sticker from 1924: https://www.discogs.com/Warren-B-Patterson-Nicholas-A-Barbarito-Hawaiian-Medley-Waltz-Hawaiian-Melodies/release/9727997. The sticker covers Victor's Nipper trademark because that same trademark was copyrighted in the UK by HMV.

Based on what's on that sticker, I've replaced "The Gramaphone (sic) Co., Ltd." above with HMV and fixed the typo in the Notes.

Still, I actually wonder what to call this label now. Is it still a Victor label, as the Discogs submitter (Ross Laird) seems to think? Like a Victor Export issue? Or is it now a His Master's Voice record because it was imported and the label pasted over by HMV in England, just as this US Regal record became an Australian Fossey's record when it was pasted over in Australia: https://www.45worlds.com/78rpm/record/9976?

Without a label image it's impossible to say. The Gramophone Co (note correct spelling) is better known as HMV, and recordings made by HMV and Victor were usually exchanged freely between the two companies, each company pressing the recording in its own factories with different catalogue numbers. This disc seems to be an exception to the norm.

The info in the Notes section suggests it's a USA disc. That would make it an Export? (Wouldn't we have to change the country due to it being the intended country of sale?)
