 One can't always tell what the A and what the B side is. In that case, it is custom to list the side with the lower matrix number first. So you got it right here, as the A side matrix is 12895, the B side matrix number 12897.

That said, there are cases where you can show (listings in contemporary newspaper ads, record catalogues) that the record company considered the side with the higher matrix number the "hit" or A side.

 I am actually unsure as to which is the 'A' and which is the 'B' side as one of the 'id numbers' seems unclear.
