fixbutte 30th Aug 2017		Definitely instrumentals, as said on the labels and in the combined Billboard review for Aladdin 134, 135 and 136, all three by the Jack LaRue Quartet. The review also confirms that both sides of Aladdin 135 ('Specially When I'm in a Lovin' Mood / Dark Eyes) were sung by Jimmy Young, whereas Aladdin 134 (Baby I'm Gone / Oh! Baby Blues) has Stymie Beard on vocal on the B-side and an uncredited vocal (possibly Beard again?) on the A-side.
slholzer 30th Aug 2017		Ruppli's Aladdin/Imperial label discography indicates a vocal by Stymie Beard on Ringside Boogie. There is no hint of it on the label. Is there anything on the record that might be construed as a vocal?
