BB Aug 23, 1952, p. 36 (Folk Talent And Tunes: "Bill Hutto, Orange, Tex., warbler, has inked with King, according to Jim Toth, KPAC, Port Arthur, Tex.")
Thanks bopping.org for the additional information. The July session makes a release date as early as August 1952 possible which would be more in line with the King catalog. Still I guess that the Billboard note and the copyright date indicate a later release around October.
Bill Hutto held a 4-songs session on July 9, 1952 for King Records in Cincinnati, OH. Tracks were:
K 3425 You're always there King 1105
K 3426 My baby's gone unissued
K 3427 It's as simple as ABC King 1105
K 3428 That's the loving way unissued

It seems that Jay Miller, owner of the Feature label, combined young hillbilly singer Hutto with some veteran Cajun musicians to produce some excellent music, see video clips added there.
There is also a video on YouTube credited to Bill Hutto & His Playboys, with a song called "Wanna Go Steady" that is not on the database yet. As it has a strong rockabilly appeal, it may have been recorded after Hutto's King stint:
Edit: It seems to be a release of Eddie Shuler's Goldband label, "Memory In My Heart" was probably the flipside (see Hillbilly Stomp compilation), release date (in the 1950s) is still unclear though.
Nothing known about this record (session date and place, matrix numbers, actual release) that is listed in the King discographies except that Billboard announced Hutto's signing with King in August 1952 (see notes), and that both sides were copyrighted by Hutto (real name George William Hutto, born 1931). "It's As Simple As A B C" was published on Oct 6, 1952, possibly the release date of the record.
As seen in our discography, Bill Hutto made some records for the Feature label in 1950, but this one here seems to be his last record (at least there were no more releases on King). A short biography is on Find A Grave (he died on Mar 6, 2006).
