The original contributor had somehow misread the record labels which say "King Pleasure, Vocal with Teacho and Band" as "King Pleasure, Vocals by Teacho and Band".

As suggested by chippe01, the correct personnel is (see Wikipedia and jazzdisco.org):
1952: "Moody Mood For Love" // "Exclamation Blues" (Prestige 924) – Merrill Stepter (trumpet); Lem Davis (alto sax); Ray Abrams (tenor sax); Cecil Payne (baritone sax); Teacho Wiltshire (piano); Leonard Gaskin (bass); Teddy Lee (drums); King Pleasure (vocals); Blossom Dearie (vocals) – NYC, February 19

Apart from the fact that King Pleasure (born Clarence Beeks) was a jazz vocalist, you can hear the additional female vocal by Blossom Dearie (on the A-side only) on the linked YouTube video of "Moody Mood For Love". As said there, this vocalese treatment of James Moody's improvisation to the 1935 standard "I'm In The Mood For Love," with lyrics by Eddie Jefferson, spent four months on Billboard's singles charts, peaking at #2 on the R&B rankings..

Record notes have been adjusted accordingly.
