Three of the composers' last names were misspelled, that didn't make it easier. Fortunately, the answer wasn't that difficult to find: Fouts, Stokes, Fleming, Walberg, Richards were all members of Captain Stubby And The Buccaneers, i.e., Tom C. Fouts, Dwight E. "Tiny" Stokes, John M. Fleming, Jerry R. Richards and Anthony F. "Tony" Walberg.

The song and its composers are listed in Catalog of Copyright Entries (1948), page 300.

No idea who composers on "B" side are besides Tom C. Fouts. If anyone knows please tell me! Thanks!
