fixbutte 17th Nov 2015		As already said, “I’ll Sail My Ship Alone” was a #1 country hit, Moon Mullican’s only one in his long career, and his soulful singing and distinctive piano solo make it a pleasant affair, more hopeful than the first lines of the lyrics give reason to expect. It was covered by many artists, notably be Jerry Lee Lewis who frequently pointed out that Mullican was one of his biggest influences, and you can easily hear it. fixbutte 29th Oct 2015		No, it shouldn’t. As documented in many sources, King had its A-sides marked “AA” and B-sides marked “A”. In addition, “I’ll Sail My Ship Alone” was also the hit side, a solid #1 in Billboard’s C&W charts.
