This is the second-to-last version of the Grand Prize label, which already lists the U.S. Patent registration in the shading under Nipper's feet, but not yet the Mexican registration (M. de. F. - Marca Industrial Registrada). The Feb. 1908 sticker on the back dates this repress pretty securely between Feb.-Dec. 1908 (cf. M. W. Sherman, Collector's Guide to Victor Records, p. 64).

After June 1907, Victor moved take numbers from the runout to under the label, per M. W. Sherman, Collector's Guide to Victor Records, p. 64.

@xiphophilos. Hi,no i can't find a "1" anywhere, only just noticed though that there is a machine stamped "H" on the blank side, but what you suggest is entirely plausible,i.e,a repress seems likely.

Is this maybe a later repress? Can you see a take number in the runout, like a little 1? Three takes were recorded, and it could be that the first matrix wore out and they used a later take to do more pressings.

Unsure of date here. If you went by other cat. no's already on the site, one would figure 1905/06, and yet, the notice on the back is dated Feb 1,1908.
(NB: A bit of searching has the DAHR website showing this as recorded 1905-11-07, and the release date as 1/1906, so I have gone with that, and so I presume the notice on the back must have been added at a later date?)
