 This one is Kay Adams (of Herb and Kay) singing solo, and it is fine too, a cover or the song written and first recorded by Titus Turner (Wing 90006, June 1955) and made popular by Little Willie John on his first single (King 4818, July 1955):



Discogs (and some others) got it wrong: This is not the Kay Adams (born 1941) that made records for the Tower label in the 1960s.
