I have to say, when I first obtained this disc, I checked this very site for any other entries and didn't find any. The reason of course was that I searched for "Voice Records" rather than just Voice. I think others would tend to do that too - and if they were to just search for Voice, then Voice Records would show up anyway. So what I'm trying to say is, good change!
What you did was also completely reasonable, Graham. Main thing is, we now have all three of these discs under the same heading. Hopefully, future submissions will end up there too. ;-)
I've edited the label to say "Voice Records" because that's what's on the label. If we kept it as "Voice", there would probably be others who'd enter it, like you, TopPopper, as "Voice Records." The "Records" part of the label title is not significantly smaller than "Voice", unlike, for example, with Decca (full company name: Decca Records, Inc.) where it's absolutely clear that DECCA is the label title.
I thought it was better with "records" - it's part of the name really, unlike, say "Parlophone Records" or "Decca Records". The gimmick is that you can record your own voice onto disc, hence you can make a "voice record".
I'd never heard of them before - pleased to see a couple of others on the site.
I've removed "Records" from the label name, and you now will see my entry and one other linked via the label.
No reason we can't have multiple entries for these - each must have their own story.
Hope this is OK to stay on the site. It's a curious little record I found today - aluminium playing surface! I managed to find out a little via Google, like here.
