xiphophilos 4th Apr 2017		Thanks, Paul-Hughes, that explains it. I think all the orange label pictures I've seen so far don't look like scans but like photos. Unfortunately, some scanners, as MrPasta remarks, also struggle to render certain colors accurately. I've had my problem with the light-green and golden letters on Columbia E-Series from the 1920s.



Paul-Hughes 4th Apr 2017		I"ve only ever seen them in red, but it is pretty vivid. A phone camera in artificial light would make them much more orange.



MrPasta SUBS 4th Apr 2017		I have a terrible time getting orange labels to scan correctly - they always come out more like red.



xiphophilos 3rd Apr 2017		I can't tell: Did this company ever actually release orange labels, or were they always red, and the orange label versions I see online are just overexposed or badly photographed?
