 Good eye, Scratchy45! I just looked up the site, 363, Oxford Street, London W1, in Google Maps. Now all that remains of the store, which was there from July 1921 to April 2000, is a blue marker next to what is now a candy store in a rather ugly modern building.

 Bottom of label given the address of the HMV store in Oxford street, so presumably recorded in the public recording booth there for whatever fee was current at time of recording.
