 This is a record in the Starday Custom Series. Looks like we haven't started that yet on either speed but it's one of the most important and collectable series of discs on the planet.

If this number (522) was a 45 rpm it would be in the series after #400; which is when Pappy Daily and Don Pierce split and Pierce took Starday to Nashville. As it is, it's from around later 1955.

The last 'old' 45 was #376 so he skipped ahead to 400, probably having long forgotten old Stardays in the 500s, 600' and 700s. The Custom Series eventually reach up to just before 1200 if memory serves. Most of the 78s were in the first 100 or so. Many in the series used custom label names of the artist's choosing but all were in the same continuous numerical series.
