 This release is probably post-ww2.

During the Nazi occupation of Czechoslovakia, the German Telefunken company licensed several of its own recordings, such as this one, to the Czech Ultraphon.

After the war, in early 1946, the Czech government confiscated these matrices as enemy property and continued to release them.

The German text might point to a ww2 release except Germany dissolved the Czechoslovak state when it occupied it in 1938. The Dutch tax stamp shows this record was imported to Holland.
