Paulyd333 3rd Nov 2021		I did communicate with Ross Laird to let him know of this record, which he appreciated. I don't think that his publication referred to will be updated soon, if at all, as he's very busy on other projects.

xiphophilos 29th May 2019		This particular record, unlike other recordings by Helen Lisowa for Cosmopolitan, was not listed in a disc file of Australian Pop Music that Ross Laird, author of "A discography of popular music recorded in Australia or by Australians overseas, 1924-1950" (5th ed. 1997), had made available online at some point. The matrix numbers can tell you the exact recording date, but here, all Laird knew, at least back then, was that these recordings had been made in Sydney. Maybe the published book contains more info, but I think the file was younger than the book. So if you could upload a picture of this record, the 6th edition, if it ever appears, may actually list this record as well.
