 The Phonetic Practice Lab (Fonetiska övningslaboratoriet) at Stockholm University (Stockholms högskola) was established in 1952, which gives us at least a terminus post quem for this record.(source)

 There is no information to be found about these records, If they were used in school, seemingly as a short lived project, they would probably have been thrown away, when becoming obsolete. explaining their scarcity.
