 Musical Isle is 1970s. This is 1950s. I think it may have been something affiliated with the Mormons in Utah as per my link. They may have had a folk dance group, just as they have the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and this was music for their students to dance to.

 M.I.A. could stand for Musical Isle of America, the merchandising division of United Artists

 Unable to accurately date this record. It may have something to do with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Salt Lake City Utah and the MIA Dance Record Service as indicated on the sticker. The SLC prefix might mean 'Salt Lake City'. This website seems to link it all, albeit for a similar special pressing on Capitol.
