 Added release month according to Billboard and deleted the "And His Orchestra" from the artist name and put it to the notes. That's what the admins proposed for 45worlds78 RPM, see here:

Should be entered as just Harry James

It's fine to credit things like 'named' backing bands especially ones who are quite well known and may even have made records in their own right.
