 "Av Helge Lindberg" means "by Helge Lindberg", which seems to point to a composer credit. I've adjusted the entry accordingly.

 Photos of both sides are available on the Discogs website. The words "Av Helge Lindberg" appear below the title and above Bidgood's Broadcasters, in larger type than the band's name and larger than I usually expect for a composer credit. Mike Thomas, in his Broadcast listing on the mgthomas.co.uk website, shows Lindberg as the composer of the song and not the artist on side A., Discogs does the same. I think the label is at best ambiguous. Perhaps someone can shed some light on the question.
