Decca's Irish W series reissued American recordings from the 1920s and 1930s, mostly what would then be called hillbilly. These are the ones I've seen so far:

Decca W.4112 Marc Williams ‎– The Night Herding Song / The Dying Ranger (rec. Dallas, TX, November 26, 1930).
Decca W.4148 Bradley Kincaid ‎– Barbara Allen / The Blind Girl (rec. Chicago, IL, January 24, 1930)
Decca W.4200 Frank Crumit – Abdul Abulbul Amir / The Gay Caballero (rec. New York, NY, August 17, 1934)
Decca W.4271 Bradley Kinkaid – Darlin' Clementine / My Mother's Beautiful Hands (rec. NYC, September 13, 1934)
Decca W.4330 Buell Kazee ‎– Gambling Blues / A Married Girl's Troubles (rec. New York, NY, January 16 & 17, 1928).
Decca W.4456 Bradley Kincaid ‎– Two Little Girls In Blue / Gooseberry Pie (rec. Chicago, IL, January 2, 1931)
Decca W.5214 The McNulty Family ‎– Irish Soldier Boy / The Foggy Dew (rec. New York, NY, March 26 and 28, 1947)

Only the last one can be dated, to 1947 or later. My guess is that the others were released starting around 1946. During WW2, there probably was not enough shellac available to start a large reissue series.

David T. Gleeson's book, "The Irish in the Atlantic World", says that Decca established a Dublin branch in 1938 and started re-releasing American Irish recordings then.

The original American issue was already on this site, re.Decca 114.
Both tracks recorded: August 17, 1934.
Apart from knowing that this 78 has a TT code,I have no idea when it was first released in Ireland.

Apparently sold in Cork, County Cork, Ireland.
Label is an attractive shade of green, my images do it justice.
In the shellac purchase tax code 'TT' which is for 14th April 1943 to 9th April 1946.
I believe the original issue was on American Decca c.1933/34 and a re-recording of Crumit's old hits.
