the acronymphomaniacal title's expansion is "fluid's running out of my brakes!"

if fluid is running out of your brakes, you have either just driven a vehicle equipped with brake drum (+ brake shoes) through liquid - hopefully water - deep enough to flood them,
in which case it would be highly advisible to wait until it has ceased to flow -
- and even then, to drive extremely carefully and defensively, testing and re-testing said brakes fairly frequently for their returning effectiveness, or continued lack thereof -

- or else you've just managed to raise the temperature of your vehicle's disc brakes' discs and/or disc pads above the melting point of the steel alloy from which they're made; in which case you should probably evacuate your vehicle fairly soon. . .
