I'm going to submit a correction on the year of first publication. I put 1976 based on a copyright notice, however Grossman actually indicates the book was completed in 1977 and its introduction includes a reference to the upcoming Superman film, which had not yet been announced in 1976. Plus the copyright notice makes no reference to this being a new edition or first paperback. Please feel free to put back 1976 if anyone encounters a 1976 edition of this, though.
