When searching for this title on this site by authors name your entry is catalogued as 1998 which is the date of my book. I didn't notice the 2020 reprint date. I have now made a new record for my edition and asked for my cover images to be removed from this entry.

The revised text in the paperback edition consists of two pages added to Chapter 1, a few extra lines to Chapter 4 and four pages to Chapter 6.
